Resources - Other Useful Travel Websites
When you're planning a trip you want to gather as much information as possible. These are just a few of the sites I go to when I'm looking for information;
Rick Steves - has an active discussion forum, lots of information for Europe
The Lonely Planet - covers global travel, gives an interesting perspective and new ideas
Ron in Rome - specific to travel in Rome, but extremely useful if you're going there
Italy Beyond the Obvious - only covers Italy, but very useful
Mini Traveler - promotes traveling with infants/toddlers; full of helpful hints if you have a little one in tow!
There are thousands of websites devoted to travel and quite literally the world is at your fingertips. Narrow your search terms whenever possible and you may be pleasantly surprised at what you'll find. If you come across a particularily useful website please pass it on to me.
